Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Discord bots Uno!, VivaBot Vegas, Skip-Bo, GrowMate, HexaGuess and Phase 10 by Whiskey Bots ("the Bots", "we", "us" or "our") handle information and respect your privacy in Discord servers.

AuthentiGate is also made by Whiskey Bots, but this policy does not cover it. It has its own Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

The Bots run on Discord and store only the minimal information needed for gameplay:

• Server (guild) IDs, to identify the servers where the Bots are active.
• User IDs, for leaderboards and to manage game sessions.
• Game progress and stats, such as wins, points, coins, levels and streaks, so your progress carries over between games and leaderboards stay accurate.

VivaBot Vegas also stores your coin balance, level, boosters, streaks and coin transactions. GrowMate also stores each server's tree and composter upgrades, and each player's coins and progress.

Phase 10 also stores:

• Channel IDs, to keep each game attached to the channel it was started in.
• Game state: the cards, scores and settings of a game in progress, so the game can be resumed after a restart. This is deleted once the game finishes.

Phase 10 does not collect message content, usernames, email addresses, or any other personal information.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the Bots:

• Running game sessions.
• Keeping your game progress and stats.
• Managing leaderboards, and for Phase 10, statistics.
• Completing VivaBot Vegas purchases and adding what you bought to your account.
• Resuming Phase 10 games that were interrupted by a restart or an outage.
• Providing support and answering questions.

Payments

VivaBot Vegas sells coin packs and booster subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe: you enter your payment details on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. VivaBot Vegas has no ads.

How long we keep it

• Game stats, progress and balances (including VivaBot Vegas coins and boosters, and GrowMate trees) are kept while you or your server use the Bot, so they carry over between games. They are deleted when you ask us to, through our support server (see "Your rights" below).
• Phase 10 game state is deleted once the game finishes.
• Purchase records for VivaBot Vegas are kept by Stripe for as long as it needs them for payment and tax obligations.

Security

Data is stored securely, and we take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to, or misuse of, information.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except when it is necessary to:

• process payments: VivaBot Vegas purchases go through Stripe, our payment processor, which receives the information needed to complete the payment,
• comply with the law or legal requests, or
• protect the safety and security of users and services.

Your rights

You have the right to access or delete the data the Bots store about you. To make a request privately, open a private ticket or DM a moderator in our support server.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We will give notice of any significant changes and what they mean for you.
